These terms govern your use of russwilcoxdata.com and any offerings (seminars, reports, workshops, private briefings) purchased through this site. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Russ Wilcox, doing business as Russ Wilcox Data, is an independent analyst and consultant based in Massachusetts, USA. Contact: russ@russwilcoxdata.com.

Offerings

We sell several types of offerings:

• Reports: written analyses delivered as PDF
• Seminars: live group sessions held on Zoom
• Workshops: live hands-on sessions held on Zoom
• Private briefings: 1:1 sessions tailored to your specific question

Each offering page describes what's included, the schedule (if applicable), and the price. The description on the offering page at the time of purchase is the binding description.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Tax (if applicable) is charged at checkout based on your billing location.

Refunds and cancellations

Live events (seminars, workshops, private briefings):

• Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Email russ@russwilcoxdata.com to request.
• If we cancel or reschedule the event, you get a full refund or can move your seat to a future session.
• If you don't attend and didn't cancel: no refund, but you still receive any recording or written materials.

Reports (PDFs):

• Reports are non-refundable once delivered (the file has been emailed or downloaded). Before delivery, full refund.
• If the report is materially different from its description, email us and we'll refund or correct.

Subscriptions (if any):

• Cancel anytime. You retain access through the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — analyses, reports, recordings, slide decks, the methodology behind the work — is © Russ Wilcox unless attributed to someone else. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own work and reference. You may quote excerpts with attribution.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute reports, recordings, or other paid materials
• Share login credentials or session links with non-purchasers
• Use AI tools to scrape, ingest, or train on paid content

Confidentiality of private briefings

Private 1:1 briefings are conducted under the assumption of mutual confidentiality. We treat what you share as confidential. You agree to treat the analysis we provide as confidential as well — useful for your decision, not for redistribution.

For formal NDAs, contact us before purchase. We're happy to sign reasonable agreements for substantial engagements.

No warranty

Analyses, briefings, and reports represent our best judgment based on primary-source research. They are not financial, legal, investment, or compliance advice. You retain responsibility for decisions based on the content. We make no guarantees of accuracy regarding future events or third-party actions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Material changes affecting purchasers will be emailed.
